Story time (The Yakuza and Otaku against Racism Movement)

Some alt-right nationalist are growing as a protest group in Japan. They are dressing up in WWII military uniforms and standing outside of Korean schools (in Japan), shouting that Koreans should be killed to the children. Along with harassing refugees.

Japanese police have done northing to prevent this, and when people get physical with this group, it's generally the other group that receive punishment.

Now the Yakuza (Essentially Japans Mafia, that work like a legit business) has retired members. The Yakuza is generally very conservative, but they seem to get really pissed off at these nationalist. The Yakuza believe that picking on people weaker then you, like children at Korean schools or refugees is an embarrassment.

So these retired Yakuza started to show up at these protest and intimidate the nationalist. If they feel like it, the Yakuza isn't above using physical force. The police don't mess with the Yakuza, and so the Yakuza have been known to get very physical with the nationalist.

As the protesters started to lessen because of fear from retaliation from Yakuza members, a lot of Otaku started to show up, standing behind the Yakuza to stop the Nationals from harassing Koreans and refugees. They brought art, made a lot of noise and stood behind the Yakuza. They even founded an Otaku Against Racism rally.

Just a very odd story where the Yakuza and Otaku are found working together.
