小澤組新黨 全面槓上野田內閣

〔駐 日特派員張茂森/東京十一日報導〕經日本執政黨民主黨開除黨籍的前黨魁小澤一郎十一日下午在東京憲政紀念館成立新的政黨,黨名取為「國民生活第一黨」,自 民主黨脫離而參加小澤新黨的共有四十九人,包括眾議員三十七人,參議員十二人,小澤出任首任黨魁,以「反增稅」、「反核電」為創黨精神,全面和野田內閣對 抗。
小澤一郎的「國民生活第一黨」的基本理念為「國民生活第一」和「自立與共生」,他在成立大會上指出,現在的民主黨已經辜負了當年民眾期待政權輪替的心意,成立新黨的目的就是要回到政權輪替的原點,實踐正確的政策。
「國民生活第一黨」將成為日本第三大政黨,山岡賢次(前國家公安委員長)出任黨代表代理,東祥三(前內閣府副大臣)出任黨幹事長,黨個別重點政策將於下星期公布,新政黨以「反核電」、「反增稅」為旗幟,強調推進公共建設,脫離通貨緊縮的困境。
主打反核反增稅 民主黨西瓜派觀望中
小 澤的新政黨將在下次大選時打出「反增稅」的口號,期待集結國內反增稅勢力擴張黨勢,對此,以「減稅日本」為訴求的名古屋市長與「日本第一愛知會」的愛知縣 知事大村秀章已和小澤取得一定程度的默契,但準備成立新黨的東京都知事石原慎太郎與目前在日本國內具高度人氣的大阪市長橋下徹(大阪維新會)對與小澤一郎 的合作均表示否定看法。
據悉,屬於小澤系人馬剛退出民主黨組成「連帶黨」的九位國會議員將與「國民生活第一黨」合作,另外在民主黨內尚有一些「西瓜組」還在觀望,因此,小澤新黨的勢力將會有若干成長。
日本8成民眾表示「無法期待」
對 於小澤的新黨,各種民調的結果都顯示,「無法期待」的比率都超過八成以上,小澤的新黨的前途其實相當嚴峻,但野田首相的民主黨內閣也因為小澤系人馬的大舉 脫黨,在內閣運作上也極為悲觀,在下院僅剩兩百五十席,以些微的十一席差距過半,因此今年內解散國會舉行大選的機率也相對升高。
野田若被迫提前舉行大選,在小黨林立且民調顯示沒有任何政黨會贏得過半多數的情況下,選後政黨勢必要重新結盟。有分析家認為,未來大選將是民主黨等舊政黨勢力和如橋下徹等新興第三勢力對決的場面,小澤發揮不了作用。
小澤一郎為前自民黨首相田中角榮的嫡系弟子,退出自民黨之後,一再成立小黨,然後合併為大黨,再分裂為小黨,在日本有「破壞王」的稱號,最後更讓民主黨首度打倒自民黨政權,此次因反對野田首相的消費稅增稅法案而退出民主黨自立門戶。
