こいのぼりについているノリを洗い流す「のんぼり洗い」＝愛知県岩倉市の五条川

　【古沢孝樹】愛知県岩倉市の五条川で１７日、こいのぼりについているノリを洗い落とす冬の風物詩「のんぼり洗い」があった。
　近くで幟（のぼり）店を営む松浦勉さんと正幸さん親子ら３人は、数時間、こいのぼりを川の水につけた後、染色した色がにじまないように塗られていたノリを、包丁を使って丁寧に洗い落とした。
　この日の水温は７度と比較的高く、普段よりもノリは落としやすかったが、川の水が少なかったため、腰を曲げて苦労しながら、約１時間で作業を終えた。
