日本北部主島北海道周日再次宣布進入緊急狀態，並呼籲居民除了最重要的外出活動外都呆在家裡。北海道知事表示，採取這一措施是因為出現了第二波感染。

在日本中央政府上周宣布全國七個最大的都府縣進入緊急狀態之前，北海道早在2月28日就實施“軟封鎖”。由於情況似乎得到了控制，兩週後，該地解除了緊急狀態。

7. 日本不妙了！新增病例每天成長，今天已來到了600多例。這是一個臨界點，如果病例更多，疫調就很難全面涵蓋，屆時就只能封城了。現在應該不要放棄，還是要把病例與接觸者追蹤清楚，並且確實隔離，不能再放任國民自主管理了。沈政男
