 【モスクワ=副島英樹】ロシア国立プーシキン美術館が大量に所蔵する浮世絵コレクションが、インターネットで鑑賞できることになった。同美術館が日本た ばこ産業グループの「JTI」と協力し、600点以上の浮世絵を高画質映像で紹介する電子カタログサイト (http://www.japaneseprints.ru)を開設した。日本語、英語、ロシア語で閲覧できる。
 浮世絵コレクションは、19世紀末にロシアの海軍将校キタエフが集めたもので、3万点以上に及ぶ。このうちカラー版画の約600点を2年かけてデジタル 化し、カタログにした。葛飾派や歌川派など七つの絵師流派や、役者絵、相撲絵、花鳥画などジャンル別の解説も充実。画像を拡大して細部まで鑑賞できる。
 22日にモスクワで開かれた記者発表会で、同美術館のアイヌラ・ユスポワ素描版画部長は「この電子サイトは日本芸術の普及に大きく貢献すると思う」と述 べた。JTIの岩井喜代志代表は「三つの言語でアクセスできるのが重要。世界の多くの人々に日本の美術と文化に触れてもらえる」と意義を語った。
